thom browne announces the opening of its location in palm beach, florida…
thom browne’s introduces his world of grey at the royal poinciana plaza playhouse. built in the late 1950s, and designed by world-renowned architect john volk, the royal poinciana plaza is an iconic destination in the heart of palm beach.
it stands today as a landmarked property and one of palm beach’s most treasured architectural gems. with 180,000 square feet of luxury retail space, lush, sprawling gardens, and two beautiful courtyards, it offers a unique international shopping and entertainment destination for indulgence, inspiration, and retreat. hallmarks of thom browne’s signature mid-century modern style come to life within the brands new permanent location, located across a 1,500 square feet space, spanning menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, accessories, beauty, lifestyle and home categories.

behind thom browne’s signature slat blind-covered windows, realized here in wood, is a softer interpretation of his mid-century style office, is a grid of wood-lined lattice ceiling lighting, surrounded with floor to ceiling grey bardiglio and carrara marble walls and flooring. separated into two distinct areas, the ready-to-wear floor compliments alcoves of the brands eyewear, footwear, handbags and beauty collections, framed by thom’s standard design elements - maison jansen and mccobb etageres and metal railing throughout.
to celebrate, the store will launch with a special partnership in collaboration with sant ambroeus, featuring a branded thom browne seersucker ice cream cart and private luncheon for the local community.
