Duty and Taxes will be included in the checkout price and are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), if the order is shipping to the following countries:

Do I have to pay local state tax for US orders?

United States sales tax is based on the state to which the order is shipped and only applies if your item is being shipped within the US. All taxes will be added to the order total at checkout.

Can I use multiple ways to pay for an order

Unfortunately, we can only accept one payment method for a single order.

How long do orders take to process before shipment?

Orders will be ready for shipment in 1-2 business days from order placement.

How do I follow the progress of my order?

Thom Browne will send you several emails during the order process to ensure you are well-informed throughout its journey. In addition, logging into My Account will allow you to seamlessly follow your order status from placement to delivery.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

In the event you need to cancel your order, please Contact Us right away. Your order cannot be canceled once it has been approved for shipment and we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a new item, you will have to return your previous order and place a new one. Personalized orders are non-refundable. For security purposes, we are unable to modify the items or shipping address of your order. Should you notice any errors or need to request minor modifications, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

No. We cannot ship to PO boxes as this is a courier limitation.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Depending on the delivery service chosen at checkout, delivery times will vary. Below is an outline of delivery services. These shipping times should be used only as an estimate, as there may be varied causes for delay, such as inclement weather, package congestion, etc. Please note that some services may not be available in all regions. We have global stockpoints within the US, UK, EU, Japan, and Mainland China. Your order will be fulfilled based on product availability and proximity to your preferred shipping address. 

Can I pick up my order in store?

Please choose "pick up in store" before checking out. This is complimentary to orders shipping to the US, UK, EU, Japan and Mainland China within select store locations. For further information, visit our Shipping page and refer to the Click and Collect section.

I received my order but one or several items are missing?

Your order may be fulfilled from multiple locations. Please refer to your order confirmation email for exact shipping locations or Contact Us for additional information.

Return & Refund

What is the return policy of thombrowne.com?

Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Fragrance and personalized items are final sale. For more information, visit our Returns page.

How do I return the product?

Visit our Returns page and enter your order number and email to initiate a return. If you have an account, you can also log into Orders & Returns in My Account. If you have further questions, Contact Us.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 5-7 business days for the package to be delivered back to its original stockpoint and 1-2 business days for our team to process the refund. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. The refund may take up to 5 days to appear in your account, depending on the policy of your financial institution.

Can I exchange my purchase?

Thom Browne does not provide exchanges. We are happy to help you place a new order following the return of your unwanted items. Contact Us if you are unsure of sizing as we are happy to advise.

I purchased via Guest Checkout. Can I still return the product?

Yes. Visit our Returns page and enter your order number and email to initiate a return. 

I received an item as a gift, can I return it?

Yes, as long as the item meets the return policy criteria, you are eligible for a return. Visit our Returns page and enter your order number and email to initiate a return. If you have further questions or issues returning your gift, Contact Us.

Can I return my order in store?

If convenient, you are welcome to drop your return(s) at your local Thom Browne store, where our associates will ship them back to their original stockpoint. The refund will be issued within 1-2 business days upon stockpoint receipt.
